The Brief:
As part of one module in Coventry University, I was asked to produce a book, using one A2 sheet of paper and a maximum of 1, 000 words of text. The text can be get from everywhere, or can be written by me. My decision.
The Idea:
I decided to write the content myself and it is a story. I describe one day of the average person. The idea is that we meet the information in a variaty of places and in many different kinds, but we are used to it. That is because we live in the XXI century.
The Design:
I have made the outside as a letter and a briefcase at the same time. Both are connected to information in a way. Did a lot of experimenting until I get that final shape. The inside is a concertina book.
These two paragraphs explain what the book is all about.
The "tweets and posts" are there for a reason. The reader can connect them and if they decide to skip certain parts of the day as shown on the pictures below.
